Arby’s Foundation is more than a core partner; they’ve been a driving force behind transformational change for millions of kids for over 15 years, helping us raise over $34 million.
From being a pioneer in our efforts to combat summer hunger to shaping industry-wide action through our CEO Pledge, Arby’s Foundation has stood as a cornerstone of our shared mission and impact. Today, we take the opportunity to recognize the impact that our partnership has had on millions of kids and families.
Behind each dollar, behind each campaign, there are the stories of kids eating nourishing foods that will help them build a bright future. Below, we take a look at some moments that have marked the history of our partnership.
2024-2025: A Bold Commitment
Many families across the nation have continued to experience a a challenging economy.
These challenges motivated Arby’s and No Kid Hungry, alongside other industry leaders, to make a strong commitment. Paul Brown, the CEO of Inspire Brands, the company behind Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and Sonic, signed the CEO Pledge to End Summer Hunger, with a goal to cut childhood hunger in half by 2030 and close the childhood hunger gap during the summer.
“We have diverse interests but stand united in this moment,” read the Pledge, signed in 2024. “This summer, we are uniting the power of our platforms behind a single mission: to end summer hunger for kids in America.”

2022-2023: Engagement, Creativity and Commitment
In the post-pandemic years, Arby’s was a guiding partner in helping us engage different audiences in creative ways. The Arby’s Foundation served as the presenting sponsor of STREAM for No Kid Hungry to Share Summer, helping a summer-long gaming initiative raise more than $60 million for childhood hunger efforts.

Inspire Brands Foundation and Arby's Foundation reaffirmed its dedication to ending childhood hunger by committing $1 million over five years to support No Kid Hungry’s summer programs.

As a major supporter of No Kid Hungry’s Dine Out campaign, Arby’s helped launch the #HANGRY mobile bus tour from New York City to Los Angeles, bringing childhood hunger awareness to communities nationwide. The campaign alone helped raise $4 million and earned a 2018 Halo Award for Best Experiential Marketing Campaign, validating the partnership’s innovative approach to cause marketing.
In 2018, Arby’s Foundation surpassed $25 million in total giving, contributing more than $3 million annually and helping route critical funding to local summer meal priorities.
2014: Chefs and Bikes to End Childhood Hunger
Since 2014, Inspire Brands Foundation and The Meat Peddlers have raised more than $510,000 through Chefs Cycle, with Inspire serving as a multi-year Presenting Sponsor and steadfast supporter.
Chefs Cycle brings together culinary champions from across the country in a two-day bike ride to fundraise for No Kid Hungry.
2011-2013 A Pioneer in the Fight Against Childhood Hunger
Arby’s Foundation became one of No Kid Hungry’s earliest corporate partners, with a focus on addressing summer hunger. The Foundation funded pilot programs and priority initiatives as awareness and infrastructure around summer meals were still emerging. Today, summer remains one of our top priorities, and we recognize it as a significant opportunity to combat childhood hunger.
Share Our Strength is the organization behind the No Kid Hungry campaign, and it was founded on the belief that everybody has a strength to share for the good of society. We celebrate 15 years of Arby’s sharing their strength as a household brand with millions of loyal customers and hundreds of employees who have come together to ensure kids don’t have to worry about their next meal.
