Help Write the Ingredients to End Childhood Hunger: Join the Students Rebuild Hunger Challenge

At No Kid Hungry, we believe we can’t ensure every kid has the healthy food they need without the help of the next generation of young leaders.

Our nation’s young people are driving positive change in America and around the world. This generation believes in a strong, healthy future for themselves and their peers – this is a generation that leads with compassion and community.

With schools closed nationwide because of the coronavirus and kids and teens unable to get the school meals they depend on, we’re asking young people and their families to join us and help end childhood hunger for good.

And we recently welcomed a new partner to the fight with us.

No Kid Hungry is excited to announce that through Students Rebuild, a program of the Bezos Family Foundation, we received a $750,000 gift to support our COVID-19 hunger response efforts.

Like us, Students Rebuild knows it’s going to take all of us to end childhood hunger during this crisis and beyond.

Even if you’re at home right now, you can use your time and talents to make an impact on the community – and on kids nationwide. Join the Students Rebuild Hunger Challenge and explore other ways that kids can help kids:

Take the Hunger Challenge

No Kid Hungry, the Bezos Family Foundation and others are partnering to share the Hunger Challenge through Students Rebuild – a platform inspiring young people to take actions that generate funds for programs like No Kid Hungry.

You and your family can participate by creating and submitting an illustration of a recipe – real or imaginary, using something you all have—creativity! For each piece of artwork submitted, the Bezos Family Foundation will donate $6 to youth-focused programs aimed at both providing emergency food relief and developing longer-term solutions to hunger.

Learn more about the Hunger Challenge and register to participate before the Challenge ends on June 26, 2020.
