What Just Happened
Tennessee families just won something big. The Tennessee General Assembly voted to bring back Summer EBT, a program that puts real grocery money in the hands of families when school cafeterias close for the summer.
Over 700,000 Tennessee kids are eligible. That’s $120 per eligible child – real money for fruits, veggies and protein at the places where families already shop.
This isn’t a meal site you have to dive to. This isn't a signup event on a specific day. This is money loaded on a card that families can use at participating grocery stores, retailers and farmers markets across all 95 Tennessee counties.
