In your entry, discuss why this MOMent or personal story about Motherhood was particularly moving, challenging or inspiring. Story can be from a mom, or about a mom. Winner will be selected at random. However, multiple entries and/or higher engagement, due to strong emotional impact your story has on the social platform where it is posted, can increase visibility for selection.
Video and typed submissions are accepted. All entries must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. EST on May 4th 2026.

ELIGIBILITY
The submission must be the entrant's own original creation. By entering, the entrant certifies that all representations contained in the entry are true. Entrant may nominate themselves.
All entries must be submitted via engagement in official contest sponsor social campaign only. Online entries must be posted no later than 11:59 p.m. EST on May 4th 2026. Contest sponsors are not responsible for late or incomplete entries.
Entrants and nominated parents must be legal residents of the contiguous United States and D.C. Submissions from minors (under the age of 18) should be approved by an adult. Prize winner must be 18 years or older; or accompanied to event with adult.
Employees, members, and families of the National Father’s Day Committee, the National Mother's Day Committee, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion, and public relations agencies are not eligible to enter or be selected.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
A winning entry will be selected at from all eligible entries on or about May 5th, 2026. The Winner of the Mominate contest will be selected by the staff of the National Mother's Day Committee.
Winners will be notified by social handle from which they submitted their story. By participating, each entrant accepts these rules and agrees to be bound by the decision of the judges, which is final. Submission of an entry and/or acceptance of a prize grants Sponsors the exclusive, perpetual right to publish, use, edit, adapt, modify, excerpt, and/or copy the entry for any and all purposes in any and all media currently in existence or hereafter invented without further compensation to entrant.
PRIZES / AWARDS
The winner of the Mominate Sweepstakes will receive 2 complimentary tickets to the 2026 Annual Outstanding Mother Awards in NYC on May 7th at 583 Park Avenue.

The ARV (approximate retail value) of the tickets are $3,200.00. Transportation and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the award recipient. As a condition of receiving the prize, winner must agree to be interviewed by the media, if requested by Sponsors.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (the nominee of the next best entry). No substitution or transfer of prizes/awards by winners. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.
The winner (and event companion) must comply with all instructions in the prize notification communication including return of potential Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) within 5 days of the prize notification date; otherwise an alternate winner may be selected.
All expenses not specifically provided by Sponsors are the responsibility of the award recipient. Federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner and award recipient, respectively. By entering and/or by accepting a prize/award, you agree to be bound by these rules and to release Sponsors from any and all liability arising out of your participation in this contest with respect to the awarding, receipt, use, and/or misuse of any prize/award.
