TEACHING FAMILIES TO SHOP SMARTER AND COOK HEALTHIER

Though schools and community programs are often the best way to reach older children, to help the youngest kids, we need to help their parents. Through our Cooking Matters program, we’re helping parents and caregivers learn how to shop for and cook healthy, affordable meals.

To help parents and their children we offer interactive grocery store tours, hands-on cooking classes, smartphone apps and other resources – all free, and all run through trusted local community programs.
