Helen Roberts is the School Outreach Educator for No Kid Hungry North Carolina. Helen serves as a resource and coordinator for the 28 pilot schools that received mini-grants from Share Our Strength to increase participation in school breakfast through innovative universal breakfast models. Before this, Helen taught Physics for 34 years in the Wake County Public School System. She enjoys reading, cooking, exercising and being a grandmother.
